Opioid Settlement Resources

CONTACT

Iowa counties are receiving funds from national settlements with opioid manufacturers and distributors held responsible for their role in the opioid crisis. This website serves as a resource for county officials navigating the requirements and best practices associated with these settlement dollars. Settlement funds must  be used to abate the impacts of the opioid epidemic by supporting treatment, prevention, and recovery services.

If you have any questions, please contact Lynsey Pierce, ISAC Assistant Attorney.
