The Community Services Network (CSN) is a HIPAA- and state law–compliant system utilized by Iowa counties and Disability Access Points to manage client care and financial operations. Community service providers, general assistance programs, veteran affairs offices, mental health advocates, and other social service organizations use CSN. This broad adoption enables counties to gain a comprehensive view of the services provided to each client, facilitating more informed decision-making and better-coordinated care.
