Getting Started in CSN
A playlist is available for new users to CSN, or any users that would like a refresher. Videos include: How to Create an Account, Security, Entities & Roles, Dashboards & Widgets, CSN Features (messaging, support tickets, Iowa map), and Legal Residence. Expert Users
There are expert users in each region to assist CSN users enter client information, claims, funding requests, etc. It is a responsibility of expert users to attend quarterly meetings to learn new features within CSN and test the new features in the system prior to production releases.
