All auditors, supervisors, and county budget and finance officers are encouraged to attend the ISAC County Budgeting and Property Tax Seminar being held from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on October 2 at the Gateway Hotel and Convention Center in Ames. This one-day event will cover recent law changes and how to most effectively plan and budget in the future. Space is limited, and pre-registration will close on September 25.
Hotel rooms will be available on Tuesday, October 1 at the rate of $119 (Double Queen or King). This rate ends on September 10. Please mention that you are affiliated with the Iowa State Association of Counties when making reservations at 800.367.2637.
