The ISAC Education Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that raises funds for the ISAC Scholarship Program, which awards annual scholarships to high school seniors that are children or dependents of county officials and employees.

2025 ISAC Scholarship Information
In 2025, ISAC awarded thirteen scholarships, for a total of $21,000. The scholarships are awarded to high school seniors who are the children or dependents of county officials and employees. The scholarship recipients for 2025 are:

 District 3: Isaiah Van Maanen
 District 4: Breya Nickle
 District 5: Ashlyn Lasley
 District 6: Tessa Sylvester
 Past Presidents: Jaylyn Gorvin
District 1 Runner-up: Nattalee Brinkman
 District 2 Runner-up: Brooke Ludwig
 District 3 Runner-up: Emma Wilkinson
 District 4 Runner-up: Addyson Schreck
 District 5 Runner-up: Sabrina Jennings
 District 6 Runner-up: Natalie Kuhle
The ISAC Scholarship rules require that there be seven scholarship judges, one from each of the six ISAC districts (each from a different county department/office) and one representative from the ISAC Board of Directors. The ISAC Scholarship Selection Committee for the 2025 ISAC scholarship awards:

 District 2 – Karla Weiss, Winnebago County Auditor
 District 3 – Kevin Grieme, Woodbury County Public Health
 District 4 – Charla Schmid, Montgomery County Supervisor
 District 5 – Dawn Goldman, Keokuk County Recorder
 District 6 – Mike Kindschi, Black Hawk County Engineer’s Office
 ISAC Board of Directors Representative – Mary Ward, Cass County Recorder
The ISAC Scholarship applications are distributed and posted on the ISAC website annually in September, and a copy is also published in the Iowa County magazine. Applications are due in December. ISAC typically receives between 60 and 70 applications each year. The scholarships are funded by the ISAC Education Foundation. A large part of the funds is gained from the annual ISAC Scholarship Golf Fundraiser. The 2025 ISAC Scholarship Golf Fundraiser will be held on Wednesday, June 18, at Toad Valley Golf Course in Pleasant Hill.
