Our services include providing debt issuance and management, urban renewal advice/work and bond continuing disclosure. Speer has been an active Municipal Advisor in Iowa since 1954 and continues today with an office in Waterloo providing advice to Counties all across the State. Speer also specializes in advisory services to Cities, School Districts and Community Colleges and remains very committed to providing public agencies with sound financial advice with no conflicts of interest.
