These events will be held in-person in Des Moines with County Day at the Capitol hosted at the Wallace Building and Capitol Rotunda and the Spring Conference taking place at the Veteran’s Memorial Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center. Registration is available on the ISAC website and will remain open until 4:00 pm on Thursday\, February 24. This is the Association’s annual business meeting where the ISAC budget is approved by the membership\, and the ISAC scholarship award winners are recognized. The conference will also feature educational tracks\, networking opportunities\, and time to meet with your affiliate.  Registration opens on the ISAC registration website on Wednesday\, January 5. \nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER \nHotel registration will open at 8:30 am on Wednesday\, January 12\, on the housing bureau website. You must register for the conference first in order to register for a hotel room. Hospitality rooms are available for ISAC affiliates\, conference sponsors and ISAC exhibitors who are ISAC Preferred Vendors. This is going to be an unforgettable event that will feature a great agenda and a casual feel with a lot of education\, networking\, and activities. Registration opens on the ISAC registration website on Thursday\, June 2. \nClick here to register – June 2 \nHotel registration will open at 8:30 am on Wednesday\, June 9 on the housing bureau website. You must register for the conference first in order to register for a hotel room. The housing bureau website link and a 10-digit code that will be needed to make your hotel reservations will be included on your conference invoice. \nQuestions? ISAC is committed to hosting a safe event for all participants and this requires all attendees to comply with safety policies put in place in consideration of state\, local\, and CDC public health guidelines and recommendations. The current policies related to ISAC’s Annual Conference were adopted by the ISAC Board of Directors on April 28\, 2021\, and include a mask requirement for all attendees. Since this time\, the guidance from some entities regarding masks for fully vaccinated individuals has changed and has resulted in varying guidance between federal\, state\, and local public health agencies. ISAC is monitoring this issue and will consult with local public health officials to make a decision regarding masks and other safety precautions that will be required for attendance at ISAC’s Annual Conference. The ISAC Board of Directors will review our current policies at its next regularly scheduled meeting on July 7\, and we will provide you with additional information after this meeting\, with the understanding that this is a continuously fluid situation and policies may have to change at any time leading up to the conference in order to reflect the most current public health guidance. Hospitality rooms are available for ISAC affiliates\, conference sponsors and ISAC exhibitors who are ISAC Preferred Vendors.
