Bill is employed by the ISAC Board of Directors to represent ISAC and to manage all association operations designed to achieve ISAC’s vision and mission. He is responsible for hiring and directing the association staff members who are instrumental in performing the many functions that allow the association to be successful and responsive to the member’s needs. Bill focuses on issues related to association governance, management, taxation and finance, and home rule authority.
