	Iowa State Association of Counties 2013 Spring School of Instruction March 14-15, 2013 Des Moines Marriott Downtown Des Moines, Iowa

	This annual meeting held in March is the Association’s business meeting where the ISAC budget is approved by the membership and the ISAC scholarship award winners are recognized. ISAC also plans educational seminars on Thursday morning. Programming Thursday afternoon and all day Friday are left to the affiliate associations to plan. The exhibit hall will be open and full of exhibitors all day Thursday. All conference events and affiliate meetings will be held at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. 	CLICK HERE TO REGISTER! Registration opened at 8:30 am on Wednesday, January 16. Pre-registration will close at 4:30 pm on Friday, March 1. You must register for the conference prior to making your hotel reservation through the online housing system. March 13, 2013 The 2013 County Day at the Capitol will be held in conjunction with the spring school. Please note this when making your hotel accommodations. Rooms are available on the evening of Tuesday, March 12.
