If your county
wants to join ETC, we need you to take the following steps: 1) Have the Board of Supervisors and the County Attorney review the 28E Agreement and submit any questions to ISAC; 2) Have the Board of Supervisors pass a motion or resolution approving ETC membership; and 3) Have the Board Chair sign the ETC 28E Agreement and mail the original back to ISAC at 501 SW 7th Street, Ste Q, Des Moines, IA 50309. Do not send any payment at this time. You will be billed. After we receive your information you will receive back from us a signed 28E Agreement which you will need to file with your county recorder. |
