Instructions: The Legislative Policy Request Form is to be
filled out by affiliates or individual members of ISAC. The form is the
official avenue through which proposals are brought to the full Legislative
Policy Committee. Deadline: August 1, 2012 ***Legislative requests to be considered for the 2013 legislative session should be submitted to ISAC by this date.  Legislative
