June 17, 2008, a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to amend the ADA was
published in the Federal Register. At this point these changes are
only in the draft stage. But some of the changes, if enacted, will
be significant. If you want to express your views on these changes,
comments will be received by the U.S. Department of Justice until
August 18, 2008. |
