Refreshments and Meals

Registration to the 2012 ISAC Spring School of Instruction includes refreshments both mornings, an ice cream social and reception on Thursday, March 15, and lunch on Friday, March 16.  Please make plans to take advantage of these opportunities as it’s a great opportunity to network with exhibitors and other affiliate members.

If you have any special dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), please email shorner@iowacounties.org by 4:30 pm on Tuesday, February 28, 2012.  After this date, we cannot guarantee meeting any special dietary needs.  If you have communicated your dietary needs to ISAC, you will receive a special meal ticket with your conference registration packet.  All conference attendees are REQUIRED to wear their name badge to ALL conference events. It will serve as your conference meal and admission ticket.

Thursday, March 15

8:00 am-9:00 am Exhibitor Morning Refreshments
(Des Moines Exhibit Hall, Marriott)
Assorted breads and pastries, fruit and coffee will be available in the exhibit hall as you network with the exhibitors and learn about their new products or services.

12:30 pm-1:30 pm Exhibitor Ice Cream Social
(Des Moines Exhibit Hall, Marriott)
An ice cream sundae bar will be available in the exhibit hall so that you can grab a sweet treat with the exhibitors before you head to your afternoon affiliate meetings.

4:30 pm-6:00 pm Exhibitor Reception and Vendor Drawing
(Des Moines Exhibit Hall, Marriott)
Make sure to stop by the exhibit hall after your affiliate meetings as this will be your last opportunity to meet with the exhibitors at the conference.

Thursday, March 16

7:30 am-8:00 am Morning Refreshments
(Marriott 2nd and 3rd Floors)
Assorted pastries and coffee will be available before you head into your affiliate meetings.

12:00 pm-1:00 pm ISAC Networking Lunch
(Des Moines Exhibit Hall, Marriott)
All registered conference attendees will receive a box lunch and have the opportunity to network with other affiliate members at this lunch hosted by ISAC.  The box lunch will include a turkey or roast beef sandwich, potato salad, apple, chips, chocolate chip cookie and bottle water.  You MUST have your name badge to receive your box lunch.
