This educational seminar will feature an informal, interactive discussion of GASB 45 and the steps you need to consider to satisfy these financial reporting requirements. Actuaries from Silverstone Group will lead the discussion. Topics will include both initial year and interim year reporting. Planning considerations will also be included. Michael is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Supported by an outstanding undergraduate degree program, several years of related experience and these credentials Michael’s work focuses on financial reporting to satisfy GASB 45. Donn is Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. In addition to advising clients regarding a range of post-retirement benefit plan considerations he focuses on guiding counties, cities, utilities and school districts to a better understand of GASB 45 and the steps they need to take to satisfy these reporting requirements.
