Renee Von Bokern is the owner of Von Bokern Associates, Inc.  Renee’s expertise includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, developing employee handbooks and personnel policies, and assisting employers in complying with the many federal and state employment laws.  Renee has conducted training seminars on a wide range of personnel and employment related topics and is the co-author of Employment Law:  A Summary Guide for Iowa Cities and Counties. 

Prior to managing her own consulting firm, Renee was a HR Director for Ray-O-Vac and the Dayton Hudson Corporation.  She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a B.A. degree in Psychology from Moorhead State University.
