Sponsorship Information

ISAC now offers companies an opportunity to be event sponsors for ISAC’s Spring School of Instruction starting at only $500. The sponsorships will offer you great visibility throughout the conference and are your only opportunities to be involved in the event. There will be no traditional exhibit hall. ISAC will offer many different levels of participation, and each will include different levels of exposure. Registration will begin on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 for selected sponsorships.

All sponsored events will take place on Wednesday, March 24. Each company will be given a maximum of one hour to set up prior to the sponsored event and one hour following the event to tear down. An unlimited number of company employees may attend the sponsored event, but the remainder of the conference is limited to registered attendees. All sponsorships include between one and three full conference registrations.

The Company Named Continental Breakfast, Company Named Box Lunch, and the Company Named Ice Cream Social will include a sponsor door prize/s. The sponsor/s will be allowed one prize to be drawn 10 minutes before the end of the event by an ISAC Staff. Members must be present to win.

In order to sponsor an event your company must be a 2010 ISAC Associate Member. **Please note that the box lunch and social event/dance full sponsorships include an associate membership.
