Exhibitor Information
ISAC offers companies an opportunity to exhibit their products and
services at ISACs Spring School of Instruction. The Exhibit Hall
gives conference attendees a chance to meet vendors, see what each
company has to offer and make informed business decisions. The
Exhibit Hall will be open Sunday night and all day on Monday.
There are 67 booths available in the
Marriott Exhibit Hall.
Booth Fee
$500 for Associate Members
$600 for non-members
Exhibit booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
ISAC Associate Members receive priority status over non-members for
reserving exhibitor space at the ISAC annual conferences (30 days).

Booth selection is made at the time of online registration. ISAC
cannot reserve a booth for a company prior to registering online.

Vendor Drawing
Exhibitors who conduct prize drawings in their booth can announce
their winner(s) during the vendor drawing held during the afternoon
break on Thursday, March 13 at 2:30pm. Prizes are to be picked up by
winners at your booth, not the ISAC registration desk. If the winner
is not present at the time of the vendor drawing, you will be
responsible for getting the prize to them. Limit 2 prizes per booth.

Electricity, Telephone & Internet
Electricity, telephone and internet connections can be contracted
through the Downtown Marriott. A
Utility Order Form is available. When completed, send the form, along with payment or
credit card number, directly to the Des Moines Marriott, Attn:
Utilities Services, 700 Grand Ave., Des Moines, IA 50309. All
utilities requests must be ordered and paid for in advance. Orders
placed on-site or received without payment will be assessed a 25%
service charge.
Shipping
If you decide to ship your booth or any boxes to the Marriott you
will be charged a $3 handling fee per box or item. The address for
the Marriott is 700 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50309. Please print
clearly on your mailing label ISAC Spring School. If you have room,
also include your company, booth number and the conference date
(March 12-14). If you need to ship items back to your
office after the conference, please bring mailing labels with you
and leave materials in your booth for pick-up.
Arrival
Exhibitor setup is scheduled for
Wednesday, March 12 from
2:00 pm-5:00 pm. A freight elevator at Marriott allows exhibitors to have
direct access to the Exhibit Hall. To use the elevator pull into the
main entrance and ask the valet for assistance. Marriott staff can
deliver your items directly to your booth. Vendor badges, a list of
participants, conference programs, and other conference information
will be at your booth.
Security
The
exhibit hall will be locked after the reception on Wednesday and
will re-open at 6am on Thursday. It is the sole responsibility of
the exhibitor to protect his/her property and valuables. ISAC
accepts no responsibility and liability for damage or loss of goods.
When the exhibit hall is open, be aware at all times and closely
monitor the items in your booth, especially your prize items.
