ISAC Fall School of
Instruction JR Schemmel, a 13 year veteran of the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, will give a synopsis of the Fair Labor Standards Act from both the employer and employee perspective. Prepare to learn about who is covered by the Act, the rights and responsibilities of those covered, and several recent changes to the Act concerning military leave, serious health conditions, substitution of paid leave, employer and employee notice obligations, and the medical certification process.
