ISAC Fall School of Instruction

Refreshments and Meals

Registration to the 2009 ISAC Fall School of Instruction includes refreshments all three mornings, an ice cream social, and lunch on Wednesday, November 18, and Thursday, November 19.  Please make plans to take advantage of these meals.  Both lunches, ice cream social, and morning refreshments on Wednesday and Thursday will be served in the exhibit hall. This is the perfect opportunity to network with exhibitors and other affiliate members.

If you have any special dietary needs, please email shorner@iowacounties.org by 4:30 pm on Monday, November 2.  After this date, we cannot guarantee meeting any special dietary needs.  If you have communicated your dietary needs to ISAC, you will receive a special meal ticket with your conference registration packet.  All conference attendees are REQUIRED to wear their name badge to ALL conference events. It will serve as your conference meal and admission ticket.

The Edgewater Grille at the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Conference Center is offering a special dinner at the price of only $15 (available Sunday-Friday from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm). The dinner will include:

  • First Course: Choice of Market Salad or Caesar Salad

  • Main Course: Choice of Half Oven Roasted Chicken, Half Rack BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Salmon Citrus in Butter or Roasted Vegetable Tart
     **Dinner includes choice of iced tea or soda.  Tax and server gratuity is not included.

Wednesday, November 18

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm      Exhibitor Box Lunch - Exhibit Hall

  • Box Lunch: Turkey or roast beef sandwiches; apple; potato chips; chocolate chip cookie; and soda/bottled water

Thursday, November 19

11:00 am - 12:30 pm     Exhibitor Lunch Buffet - Exhibit Hall

  • Italian Buffet: Assorted breads and rolls, Caesar salad; assorted pizzas; cheese manicotti; iced tea and lemonade; and chocolate brownies
