Instruction **If you did not receive an acknowledgement email from the Iowa Housing Bureau within 24 hours of making your hotel reservation online, please contact them promptly at the numbers given above. Please be sure to check your spam filter. Do not hesitate to call them with any questions regarding your room reservations before October 16. Contact the hotel directly only after October 23. ISAC has contracted room blocks at several hotels in the Coralville/Iowa City area. All hotel accommodations must be reserved online through the Iowa Housing Bureau. After registering for the fall school, you will receive an email confirmation that will include access and instruction to reserve your hotel room through the Iowa Housing Bureau. ISAC will assist in securing the hotel reservations for the following people: ISAC board of directors; ISAC past presidents; affiliate presidents; CCMS board of directors; CRIS board of directors and individuals with disabilities. For those individuals with disabilities, ISAC will require you to provide a medical note stating that you have a disability which requires you to stay at the conference hotel. According to the ISAC Board of Directors Policy, all other county officials are responsible for making their own room reservations for the 2009 ISAC Fall School on Instruction. Coralville Marriott Hotel and Conference Center (Conference Hotel) The following overflow conference hotels will provide complimentary shuttle service to/from the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
