Exhibitor Information

ISAC offers companies an opportunity to exhibit their products and services at ISAC’s Spring School of Instruction. The Exhibit Hall gives conference attendees a chance to meet vendors, see what each company has to offer and make informed business decisions. The Exhibit Hall will be open Wednesday and Thursday. All exhibit booths are on a first-come, first-served basis.

**New exhibitor schedule featured: grand opening and lunch with the exhibitors; extending exhibiting time on Wednesday; less dead time on Thursday; and a conference-wide dessert in the exhibit hall.

Booth Fee
$600 for Associate Members
$700 for non-members

Exhibit booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. ISAC Associate Members receive 1 month priority status over non-members for reserving exhibitor space at the ISAC annual conferences.

Exhibitor sign-up available August 1, 2008 to ISAC Associate Members, and September 2 to non-associate members.  Click here for ISAC Associate Membership information.

Booth selection is made at the time of online registration. ISAC cannot reserve a booth for a company prior to registering online.

1 Free conference registration for staff (Additional lunch tickets can be purchased for $25 per person. This will include a box lunch on Wednesday and a Luncheon ticket and dessert on Thursday. Please be sure to pick up your additional nametag at ISAC registration. Click here to purchase extra luncheon tickets.)

Electricity, Telephone, and Internet
Click here for the utilities order form. All orders must be faxed or received by Spielman's Event Services Inc. one week prior to the show installation date to qualify for the discount rate.

Vendor Drawing
Exhibitors who conduct prize drawings in their booth can announce their winner(s) during the vendor drawing held during the afternoon break on Thursday, November 20 at 1:00 pm. Prizes are to be picked up by winners at your booth, not the ISAC registration desk. If the winner is not present at the time of the vendor drawing, you will be responsible for getting the prize to them. Limit 2 prizes per booth.

Security
The exhibit hall will be locked after setup, 8:00 pm, on Tuesday, November 18. It will be re-opened at 8:00 am of Wednesday, November 19 and remain open until it is locked at 6:00 pm following the Social Hour with the Exhibitors. It will be reopened at 7:00 am on Thursday, November 20. The Marriott Coralville Hotel and Conference Center will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought to the hotel.

Shipping Information
If you plan on shipping any of your booth materials, please ship them to the address below with the following information included: ISAC Fall School of Instruction; exhibit booth number; and box number (1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.). DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL!

Hotel Accommodations
ISAC has contracted room blocks at several hotels in the Coralville/Iowa City area.  When booking your sleeping room arrangements please call the hotel directly and ask for the “Iowa State Association of Counties” group rate.

Hospitality Rooms
At the Coralville Marriott and Conference Center, hospitality rooms will be available in their second floor meeting spaces.  Unlike at past conferences, you are unable to bring in outside food and beverages to serve from your hospitality space.  All food and beverage orders will need to be ordered through the hotel.  Please email shorner@iowacounties.org to reserve your hospitality room beginning on August 1.

Below are the dates for the upcoming ISAC conferences. Companies will have an opportunity to exhibit at the Downtown Marriott for all of the conferences. Information is sent out 4-5 months before each conference.
