Smart Planning

HF 2476, the smart planning bill, is eligible for debate in the House.  The Senate version, SF 2265, was discussed in a House Local Government subcommittee this past week.  The House bill is less prescriptive than the Senate bill.  There will be one more subcommittee to discuss SF 2265 and to consider possible amendments.  It is unknown which bill will be debated in the House.
