HHS Budget Spreadsheet

Click here to view the budget spreadsheet that the HHS Appropriations Subcommittee voted out at their meeting on Thursday morning. The proposed funding for county MH/DD services can be found on page 6 of the document.  The proposal includes flat funding for FY 2011 as compared to FY 2010 after the 10% across the board cut.  ISAC is working on language to allow counties to increase property taxes in order to capture any cut that might occur in the property tax relief.  The amount that the legislature funds property tax relief will not be known until the Standings Bill is introduced, but we are working on the assumption that it will be the FY 2010 amount AFTER the 10% cut.
