EECBG Program Information and Conference Call

The Iowa Office of Energy Independence is seeking proposals from cities and counties across the state for projects that will reduce energy use, have a positive impact on budgets and enhance economic development through job creation. This grant is based on the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. We strongly encourage those interested to submit applications electronically at www.iowagrants.gov. A conference call will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, February 23 regarding the application process.
