All-Terrain Vehicles

HSB 617 was voted out of the House Transportation Committee this week.  The bill amends the definition of all-terrain vehicle to include off-road utility vehicles, and allows cities and counties to allow off-road utility vehicles to stop at service stations and convenience stores along a designated roadway.  The bill was amended in committee to exclude cities and counties from liability of injury or damage to property.  ISAC is registered undecided on the bill.
