The Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC) intends to develop a new website design as part of a comprehensive strategy to enhance communications between our organization and our members. This will entail providing a structured method of organizing content, utilization of online applications, “members only” components, robust online forms for data collection, and an examination of how social media applications might be used. We are inviting companies to submit a website redesign proposal by Friday, December 14, 2012. Below you
will find a request for proposal. Please include a breakdown
of proposed costs. Proposals should also include bios and
professional backgrounds of all staff that will be working
on this project, including any subcontracting firms that
might be utilized. Our staff
will review all proposals that are received, and the top
candidates will be invited to make a formal presentation at
the ISAC offices located at 5500 Westown Parkway, Suite 190,
West Des Moines, IA
50266. We hope to select and notify a vendor by early
