Presenter bios:
Valerie Snyder Rivera, Marketing Director
Valerie serves as a Marketing Director at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.  She has a leadership role in helping Wellmark prepare for the changing healthcare landscape with reform and exchanges in 2014.  She works on a variety of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association governance committees and national workgroups.  In addition, she has accountability for driving and supporting development of marketing strategies and plans for the small group markets in Iowa and South Dakota.

Amanda Baker, Senior Account Manager
Amanda serves as a Senior Account Manager at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.  She collaborates with large, self-funded private and public Iowa employers on their Wellmark health and wellness programs.  Amanda manages the Iowa State Association of Counties group health plan that includes 24 counties.  It is also her role to inform, lead, assist and support her employer groups through health care reform changes.
