Robin is ISAC's technology project manager. His responsibility is to assist counties in planning and coordinating technology projects so that ISAC affiliates and members can leverage resources between projects. He holds discussions with association affiliates, county officials and others to develop policies for the implementation of technology services within local governments in the most effective manner. He oversees ISAC’s Electronic Transaction Clearinghouse (ETC) and the Community Services Network (CSN).
