Rachel is the Editor of the Association's monthly magazine The Iowa County, which involves writing stories, taking photographs, layout design, and advertisement solicitation. She also prepares brochures, school publications, the annual report, news releases, and material for legislative use. Rachel maintains ISAC's website. She coordinates the Associate Member program, exhibitors for ISAC's annual conferences and sponsors for ISAC's annual conferences. She is the main contact for companies wanting to promote their services to county officials.
