David fields legal questions from county officials on a variety of issues. He is a registered lobbyist and serves as ISAC's liaison to the sheriffs and county attorneys. David specializes in areas related to personnel issues, open meetings/public records, public safety, and mandates. He also writes the "Legal Briefs" column in The Iowa County. David staffs the Public Safety Legislative Steering Committee.
