Bill is employed by the ISAC Board of Directors to represent the Association and hire and oversee staff members to accomplish the ISAC mission. He is responsible for ISAC investments, finances and budgeting. Bill specializes in issues related to personnel, compensation, benefits programs, and home rule. Bill staffs the County Administration & Organization Legislative Steering Committee.
